Karin Ceschi.
Yoga has been a part of my life for over 20 years. I stumbled upon what was initially a purely physical activity for me during my economics studies.
Over the years, I have developed a regular practice focused on self-exploration. The effects of individual poses and the associated breathwork on my mental and emotional well-being have inspired me to dive deeper and learn more about yoga.
Throughout my journey, various teachers have guided and inspired me, including Corina Dettling, Mirjam Hayman, Michael Hamilton, and Claire Dalloz. I found a profound teacher in Stephen Thomas, who introduced me to yoga philosophy, asana practice, meditation, and especially pranayama.
In my classes, I emphasize proper alignment of the poses and conscious breathing. My yoga is powerful and flowing, yet gentle and mindful, suitable for every practitioner. I also enjoy incorporating aspects of yoga philosophy and directing awareness toward cultivating compassion and love for oneself and all living beings.
