Functional Breathing Training.
In addition to yoga, we guide you on the path toward more conscious, functional breathing. You learn how to regulate your breath, manage stress more effectively, and sustainably improve your energy levels. The aim is to support natural, calm breathing patterns and to help you consciously use your breath as a resource in everyday life.
The training is based on modern insights from respiratory physiology and introduces the fundamentals of functional, calm nasal breathing. Across four progressive online sessions, you will learn effective breathing techniques that can be easily integrated into your daily life, guiding you step by step toward more sustainable and healthier breathing.
