Karin Ceschi.
Yoga has been part of my life for over 20 years. During my studies in economics, I came across yoga by chance — initially as a purely physical activity.
Over the years, I developed a regular practice in which self-exploration plays a central role. Experiencing the effects of individual postures and the accompanying breathwork on my mental and emotional well-being inspired me to dive deeper and learn more about yoga.
In my classes, I place great emphasis on correct alignment and conscious breathing. My teaching is strong and flowing, yet gentle and mindful, and suitable for practitioners of all levels. I also enjoy weaving elements of yoga philosophy into my classes, guiding awareness toward the cultivation of compassion and loving-kindness for oneself and for all living beings.
Roberto Ceschi.
Yoga has accompanied me since 2010, when I first encountered meditation and asanas in an MBSR course. The practice of mindfulness opened the door to Vipassana and to a deeper understanding of the mind from a Buddhist perspective. At the same time, I felt that something was missing in pure seated meditation — the integration of the body.
Through the practice of asanas, I discovered a new passion. Movement became a gateway to deeper relaxation and inner collectedness in meditation. Pranayama, in particular, has since enriched my practice and gives my teaching a clear orientation — mindful, centering, and at the same time enlivening.
I invite you to consciously explore your body, breath, and mind, and I look forward to creating a space together for living stillness, presence, and connection.
