Yoga has been a part of my life for over 20 years, and it has become much more than just a practice – it is a lifelong companion. A chance visit to a yoga class during my economics studies turned into a pivotal moment: I vividly remember a Trikonasana sequence that evoked a profound sense of joy and lightness in me. This experience both surprised and deeply moved me.
Since then, I have been fortunate to gain invaluable experiences. The regular practice of asanas, daily pranayama exercises, and the simple yet powerful stillness of meditation have profoundly influenced my physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
My yoga journey has taken me through an intensive yoga teacher training, numerous advanced courses, and immersive experiences. Along the way, I’ve delved into the philosophy of the eightfold path, which has fundamentally broadened my perspective on life.
